Service Description

Get ISIN provides professional ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) code registration services. We act as an intermediary between our clients and the relevant National Numbering Agencies (NNAs) to facilitate the assignment of ISIN codes to financial instruments.

Scope of Services

Our services include:

  • Collection and verification of required documentation
  • Submission of applications to the appropriate National Numbering Agency
  • Communication and follow-up with the NNA on behalf of the client
  • Delivery of the assigned ISIN code upon successful registration

Payment Terms

  • All payments are due prior to the commencement of the registration process
  • All payments are processed securely on the platform of our partner Stripe. Get ISIN does not collect or store any payment information (credit card numbers, bank details). All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards
  • Prices are as listed on our Services page and are denominated in Euros (EUR)
  • Payments are non-refundable once the registration process has been initiated with the relevant NNA

Client Obligations

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Submitting all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the financial instrument is eligible for ISIN assignment
  • Responding to any requests for additional information

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the National Numbering Agency and the completeness of the application. Get ISIN does not guarantee specific processing timelines as these are determined by the relevant NNA.

Limitation of Liability

Get ISIN acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the approval of any ISIN application. The final decision rests with the relevant National Numbering Agency. Get ISIN shall not be liable for any rejection or delay caused by the NNA or by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Data Handling

All personal data and documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are permanently deleted after processing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Paris, France.
